Questions owners ask us
Who is PremisOS for?
Businesses with a physical location, and usually more than one: distributors and shops (Trade), short-stay operators like retiring rooms, dorms and pods (Stays), truck owners and fleet operators (Transport), and any of them with staff to manage (HR).
Do I have to take every module?
No. Core (branches, users, customers, bills, audit) is always included. Switch on Trade, Stays, Transport or HR as you need them.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Staff use the Android app; owners and accounts use the web console on a laptop. Both see the same live data.
Is billing GST compliant?
Bills carry each branch’s GSTIN, the right CGST/SGST or IGST split and a proper number series. Issued bills are never edited; corrections go through credit notes.
Can you move my existing data?
Yes. We import your items, rates, customers, suppliers and opening stock from Excel during onboarding.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically one to two weeks: a demo, a setup call where we configure your branches and import data, and on-site or video training for your staff.
Where is my data stored?
In a managed Postgres database in Mumbai. Each business’s data is isolated at the database level, and every change is logged.
How much does it cost?
